Our History
We are committed to helping disadvantaged children
The German-American Women's Club Hamburg e.V. (DAFC) was founded in 1951 by American and German women to help needy children. Playground houses were built with funds from the DAFC. The DAFC currently looks after and financially supports 7 playhouses that offer disadvantaged and needy children in Hamburg a safe place to play. The DAFC also supports various other social projects for the benefit of disadvantaged children in Hamburg.
